I can vouch for the Nars concealer, I've been using it for years and I love it! I also pretty much only use Neutrogena sunscreen because it's lightweight and dries pretty quickly (I hate when it feels like a sunscreen doesn't 'dry' and then your skin feels sticky/tacky, ew!). It is not. It is a super lightweight formula that defines and lengthens but does not smudge. Great for everyday use, I like to add something else for a more dramatic effect
Thanks for these. I love Saie Slip Tint too! Does anybody else who uses it thinks it dries up in the bottle kind of fast? Or am I doing something wrong?
Laura! I have not had this problem. To be fair, I go through mine fairly quickly. Do you store it horizontally or vertically? The way my drawer with make-up is, it is at sort of an angle, which maybe keeps it from getting stuck at one end of the tube or the other?
Mine is always in my makeup bag and I haven’t had that problem either. I also do not go through it quickly because I don’t use it daily. Hope it was just a “bad batch” and the next one doesn’t dry up for you!
Elizabeth! I was searching my Substacks for any beauty roundups and came back to this one! I’m trying to amp up my makeup look for a black tie wedding in a couple weeks (in Southern Cali!) and am now thinking this Glossier eye shadow palette would be nice! I have similar coloring (fair skin, dark brown hair, blue eyes) and was curious though- the Almond color palette…it’s gold/rise gold? Doesn’t look too pink, does it? Aka I don’t want to look to rosy around my eyes (my skin can look blotchy from time to time & I try to avoid anything that would resemble that). I looked a bunch online but ppl overall rave about this too!

Hmm, interesting. I store mine horizontally, but I’ll move it to a place where it can stand upright and see if that helps. Thanks for the tip!

My everyday sunscreen is SkinCeuticals tinted SPF 50! Love the easy coverage
