Yes, thoughts and prayers for a man who gave his son 45 minutes of his time after he flew 4k miles to see him. I’ve lost both my parents, I get that relationships are complicated, but these people are not serious people. Who loves that way? I don’t wish him ill will, but I’ll reserve my good will for… others at this time.

I have to admit, seeing those papers - my thought was, how sad and ironic that it took cancer to get Charles focused placement in the papers. I can’t imagine waiting so long for this role and having to now grapple with this, I do feel for him.

This timing with the King and Princess Kate unable to do regular public facing work makes me wonder if the King will rethink the smaller working royal family. I don’t think Harry and Megan would come back. The working royals would benefit from some more of their younger generation joining in, maybe Beatrice and Eugenie.

With all respect, how is a cancer diagnosis for a 75 year old man “shocking”? It’s sad, for certain, and I hope it is something treatable. But it is certainly not “shocking” in any sense of that word.

I think Prince Harry is just going to visit his father with his latest diagnosis. I guess they have been in more touch since the surgery. Release to the public wasn’t a leak but his team announced to ITV (which he continues to work with) to avoid the headlines. Saying -Where is Prince Harry you?

Now I’m wondering if the ambulance on December 28 if it was for the King, Prince Edward or the Catherine, Princess of Wales.
